* All other hours are reserved for recreational swimming and aqua exercise classes.

The Gemini Aquatics program includes access to the heated indoor pool, a large hot tub, women’s and men’s locker rooms with with lavoratory facilities, showers and lockers.

“We are thrilled to open the Gemini Aquatics Pool,” says Lindsay Schieffelin, General Manager. “It is a little bit of paradise which we created for the comfort and pleasure of our patrons.”

EXPERIENCE GEMINI AQUATICS

The Gemini Aquatics program features an indoor pool in a lovely setting and in a separate room, at the end of the pool, is a large hot tub with its own mural—a tropical setting sun.

The pool

This unique and attractive 50’ x 30’ pool is heated. The deep end of the pool is only 4’ 11” and the shallow end is 3’ 6” deep, so most children can play in it safely, although parents are always responsible for supervising and caring for their own children. You will note we have listed the lap lane schedule above for those interested in a swimming work out. Vigorous swimming is an excellent cardiovascular workout.

Special benefits

Many seniors and people with low back problems, hip and knee replacements, or arthritis will benefit from swimming which is a no or low impact activity, exercising most muscles in the body.

The Hot Tub

This facility is available to all Aquatics members according to aquatics’ hours. Jets on every side bubble and swirl the water to relax tired members.
